Saliyah Landon

 Saliyah Landon, 5’7, Class of 2024 is from Midwest City, Oklahoma. 

     Saliyah is a shifty guard with an arsenal of moves. Using those moves, Landon gets around the defense, finding the pockets to score. She makes quick, smart decisions being a high IQ player. Sailyah is aggressive, looking to score whenever she gets the ball, without trying to force anything. Landon can hit the outside jumper or fake the shot and drive. She is excellent at putting her body in front of the defender to protect the ball as she scores. Saliyah is athletic and anticipates steals on the defensive end. 

     

    Landon is a two year varsity player. Saliyah started as a sophomore, her second year on varsity this ’21-’22 season. During her two varsity years, she contributed to her team becoming Arvest Bank Tournament Champions and Carl Albert Classic Tournament Champions. 

     Saliyah Landon is a 4.0 GPA Student on the Honor Roll. She completed Honors Geometry and AP English. Saliyah has aspirations to become a teacher in education. 

’21-’22 Season Stats: 8.4 PPG, 4.6 RPG, 1.7 APG, 2.8 SPG
