Courtney Turner

Courtney Turner, 5’10, is from Smyrna, Delaware. She is a college transfer with two years of eligibility remaining.

Courtney is a skilled player who never stops HUSTLING! She is very athletic, with a high motor. Turner is extremely impressive because she can hit the three, post up with her back to the basket, drive from anywhere on the court, and hit the midrange jumper. In the low post, Courtney catches back to the basket, then immediately makes a quick move to score. Turner is a relentless rebounder. She is constantly grabbing rebounds or ripping the ball from someone else. On the offensive boards, she grabs the rebound, and goes right back up to score. She does not stop until she finishes! Defensively, Turner’s anticipation and length, help her deflect the ball or allow her to get the steal. Again, she is RELENTLESS on rebounds! One word, hard worker!

Turner was a three year starter for Harcum Women’s Basketball (NJCAA Region 19) from 2019-2022. This ’21-’22 season Harcum Women’s Basketball were the Region Championship Runner Ups.

Courtney has been a successful player while at Harcum:

Courtney Turner has held a 3.9 GPA while being a member of the women’s basketball team and working as a Resident Assistant this ’21-’22 season.  She earned her General Studies Associates Degree and is now majoring in  Criminal Justice.
